After the recent cancellation of Tropixx: The Beach Festival Experience due to the passage of Tropical Storm Fiona, we made a final decision to either (1) transfer your Tropixx ticket purchase to our next event or (2) issue a refund to Tropixx ticket holders upon request. Patrons who opt for the refund were kindly asked to contact us via email at info@canejuiceevents.com or via direct message on our social media platforms.

We have observed the need to make policies clearer therefore, we wish to reiterate that all Cane Juice ticket sales are final. As organizers, if we are forced to cancel or postpone an event for any reason beyond our control, please note that tickets will remain valid for an alternative date. The production of a spectacular event requires organizers to make non-refundable payments in advance to numerous businesses including artist booking fees, airfare, services, and goods. The beauty, travel, and entertainment sectors have all established no-refund policies. Likewise, our entity will continue to adopt and maintain universal standards for bookings and ticket purchases.
